Beschreibung
Otago ist ein Knollensellerie, der sowohl für die Industrie als auch für den Frischmarkt geeignet ist. Die sehr runde, glatte und feste Knolle zeigt aufgrund ihres weißen, sehr festen Fleisches eine sehr gute Innenqualität. Das dunkle Laub ist gesund mit aufrechtem Wuchs, der Wurzelansatz ist tief und unten an der Knolle konzentriert. Der Knollensellerie Otago hat einen hohen Trockensubstanzgehalt und ist besonders gut für die Langzeitlagerung geeignet.
