Parisetto ist eine Mini-Pflaumentomate für die lose Ernte und mit Fruchtgewichten von 9 bis 11 g die kleinere Sorte im Segment. Die Pflanze ist wuchskräftig mit hohem Ertragspotenzial, die knackigen, aromatischen Früchte sind tiefrot mit hohem Brix-Gehalt. Da nur zwei Trosse gleichzeitig reifen, ergeben sich geringere Erntekosten. Die Sorte ist hochresistent gegen das Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV).
